Design A+S+MEP
(Nepal and Indian Code)
Designing architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems involves adherence to specific codes and standards in the respective countries. For Nepal, the National Nepal Building Code of (NBC) and for India, the National Building Code of India (NBC) are the primary references. Additionally, specific codes related to structural design (IS 456 for India), electrical systems (IS 732 for India), and plumbing (IS 1172 for India) need to be considered.
BIM Modelling
Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a building or infrastructure. It is a collaborative process that involves creating and managing digital models throughout a project’s lifecycle.
